Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 7 days on goods hired, we can offer a refund or exchange on the understanding that all goods are unused and in the same condition you received them.

Delivery

Delivery charges may apply to some areas outside our normal delivery areas or under certain values. We aim to deliver on the day required subject to availability and stock. We will contact the customer if unavailable for next convenient delivery. Standard delivery times are between 24 and 48 hours from date of order. Void journeys are chargeable.

Cancellation Policy

You have a 7 day cooling off period from making an order, however if your order has already been dispatched you will be charged for that order or any void journeys incurred.
